MSI Company F***ED Me Over

I was so happy to buy a new laptop 6 months back, I praised my MSI GT70 Laptop in this video. But MSI sucks!! My laptop broke down after 6 months of usage. And all I need is a working laptop so I can travel and relax. But now MSI fucked me over really good. I have to wait 2 months to get it repaired so meanwhile I am stuck at home unable to travel and go back to Thailand. 

First of all MSI has one central repair office in Europe. And it is not in Germany, Austria, UK...   It is in freaking Poland. Imagine that. Every respectable company has service center in each major country in the world. But only this MSI has only one service center in EU. Poland. I mean what is the deal with Poland. It is a post communistic country, with probably awful support, there is nothing special about Poland, it just sucks, I would never go there. Everybody makes fun of Polish people. 

But MSI is like the shitties company ever. I registered my laptop on MSI site, it took them 2 weeks to reply. In the footer of the email they still use 2011 and not 2014 year. That was a first sign how user friendly this company is and how much they care about their image! I am attaching the image just so you can see. Who is the bos of this company, some rice eater from Taiwan? This is a joke!!

Now my laptop will have to be sent from Austria from some shitty company E-tec.at to Poland. After 12 days, the laptop still has not arrived to Poland!

Can you imagine that. Now I have to wait in my country for up to 2 months just to wait for this garbage MSI GT70 laptop. 2 FUCKING MONTHS!!!

The only reason I bought MSI GT70 is because it fits better in my suitcase, ASUS G750 was too bulky. 

And I know for sure that you don't have to send your laptop to POLAND it you own ASUS: 

What a disaster of a company. I am appalled, shocked. Laptop price was 1600 EUR for fuck sake, I did not buy some cheap model.

DON'T BUY MSI LAPTOPS IF YOU LIVE IN EUROPE BECAUSE MSI DOES NOT GIVE A FUCK ABOUT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.

MSI still think they are in 2011 year and in fact we are in 2014
